I’ve spent over 30 years involved in my own deep self-inquiry and over 20 years studying Greek and continental philosophy. I have many years’ experience teaching in both large and small learning environments, such as Princeton University and the Yoga Mandiram of Portland. I developed and taught body awareness program for survivors of rape through the Rape Crisis Center and the YWCA of Trenton, NJ. I have over 5 years of intense study in yogic and Vedantic philosophy and theory, including 4 years of advanced study and teacher training with Matt Huish, Zhander Remete, and Emma Balnaves, of the Shadow school of Hatha yoga. I spent 2 years in Columbia’s renowned creative writing program.

I also have over 20 years experience as a professional editor and web site designer.  I have worked with authors and publishing companies such as Southern Illinois University Press as a copy and line editor. I have also designed numerous web sites for artists, authors, actors and other professionals.  Click here to learn more.
